Online visits
An online visit does not replace an in-person examination. The doctor may ask for an in-person visit or tests for a more accurate diagnosis.
Emergencies
This service is not designed for emergencies. If you have severe symptoms or an emergency, go to the nearest medical facility immediately.
Booking and payment
After reserving, upload your payment receipt by the deadline shown (usually 24 hours; shorter for appointments coming up soon, and at most up to 3 hours before the visit); otherwise the reserved time is released. Your appointment is final once the clinic approves the receipt.
Rescheduling and cancelling
Requests to reschedule or cancel must be made at least 24 hours before the visit and take effect after clinic approval. Payments are non-refundable.
Accurate information
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit in the medical form and documents; incomplete or incorrect information can affect the quality of the consultation.
Prescriptions and treatment plans
Prescriptions and treatment plans are based on the information given during the visit and are for your personal use only. Before use, tell the doctor about pregnancy, breastfeeding, drug allergies and other medicines.
